Repair
Venture's extensive repair capabilities include primary and secondary structures of all aircraft types.
Repair services are performed in our shop as well as on-site for contract maintenance support, and include everything from aviation consultation, quotation, engineering support, and repairs to sheet metal, composite and bonded metallic structures, paint, welding, inspections, modifications and service bulletins.
Our repair capabilities cover damages within manufacturer limits, as well as larger, out of limits repairs that require additional engineering and regulatory approvals (i.e. RDA, RDC, STC). Our reputation for being able to "fix the unfixable" has set us apart as a leader in our industry and granted us the acquisition of aircraft structures experience that is second to none.
For customer convenience, and to cater to tight time limits we also offer pick up and delivery of aircraft components up to 20 ft long in southern Ontario.

When damage exceeds the manufacturer's limits, our engineers can assist with the design, approval, and implementation of a repair plan, along with obtaining:

Venture Aviation Inc is a Transport Canada Approved Maintenance Organization for the repair of aircraft structures under AMO #48-03. We hold ratings in both sheet metal and composite structures, as well as welding and manufacturing approval for various components. Additionally, we can assist in obtaining ferry flight permits, and work closely with designated airworthiness representatives (DARs) to develop approved repair schemes. We are well versed in the design and implemention of challenging and complex repairs.
We also hold Transport Canada part design approvals (PDAs) for Beech 1900 Cargo floor boards, as well as maintain an inventory of serviceable aeronautical components for customer leasing.
Sheet Metal
We are able to complete a wide range of repairs with various metals, including aluminum, steel, stainless steel, titanium, and Inconel. We do everything from swaging and reworking, to creating from scratch, and welding. Any materials we do not keep in our vast stock, we can easily source from any one of our certified vendors, and all of our materials come with traceability. We have a variety of presses, saws, and machines in-house to cater to any type of project, and can meet even the highest demands with support from our engineering team.
Composites
Composite structures are steadily taking over the aviation industry, which is why Venture ensures we are always ready for the next repair challenge. With a state-of-the-art clean room on the premises, we maintain a full stock of materials on-hand so that you never have to wait for your part. Be it wet-layup, dry-layup, prepreg, or potting resins, Venture can do it all. Our technicians are experienced in working with all types of composite materials, including carbon fiber, fiber glass, HSP board, conductive mesh, etc. We can do room temperature cures, hot bonds, vacuum bagging, custom molding, on-aircraft repairs and more!
Welding
To ensure our ability to service every part from start to finish, Venture maintains a fully functional welding station on-site, with licensed aircraft welders available any day of the week. Our experienced welders are qualified in a multitude of positions in accordance with AWS D17.1 , and are confident and resourceful. Our welding services are also available remotely, should you have a weld job that can't be transported to our facilities. Not sure how to handle a particularly tricky job? Painting
Quick turn around and top-quality workmanship have assured our paint shop success! We are fully equipped with a HEPA-filter, positive flow, ventilated and extracted, 250 sq. Ft. on-site paint booth, with an array of skilled painters on staff. Additionally, Venture's prototype portable paint booth allows us to paint larger areas and major components on aircraft within our customer's hangar with no mess, no fumes and within your time frame. We can obtain fire-marshall approval for in-hangar painting!
We have been painting aircraft components for over a decade, and have experience painting a wide variety parts, in a wide variety of conditions. We use the best, high quality paints and finishes to ensure your components look great and stand tough.

Portable Paint Booth
